Do you have the quick connect bucket? or standard bucket?

I removed my bucket when I installed the QA on my loader, and didn't run into anything unusual. It's a matter of taking out the bolts that retain the pins, and tapping the pins out. Some pins do fit some holes better than others because of paint, tolerances, etc. Even though I still have to tap on usually one pin, I sure do like the QA on mine. Making sure the bucket is sitting pretty level when taking it off, or putting it back on is a good plan!

When I took off my bucket to install my Q/A, I put it up on an empty 55 gallon drum, but sawhorses might also work good. It was a bear to grind off the old flanges for the loader arms.

Nothing to remove, or modify on my B2620 loader, and hopefully there isn't on your B7610 either. There shouldn't be if you are just taking the bucket off, and not installing some kind of QA. There was no modification of anything using the Kubota QA on mine. Just remove, and replace being careful that the pins with the grease fittings went in the right places.
