Zero Turn Z445 - does a mulching system exist for the 54" deck

I am trying to figure out if there is any type of mulching system out there for the 54" Edge deck that I have on my John Deere Z445 zero turn mower. I think this would be much better for my lawn in the long run. Thing is, I cannot find anything about this with internet searches and yesterday I actually wrote a John Deere parts distributor about it and have yet to get an answer.

Any info provided is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Thing is, that is the mulching system I have been contemplating. How do I know if it fits the 54" Edge deck? Is the 54" Edge deck the 54C, 54D, or 54X mower? That is what I e-mailed the distributor about.

for current generation yellow deck mowers the 54" mulch kits are all the same, it will work on your z445 as well as the x300's, 500's and 7's (w/ yellow deck).

Thank you. The deck is definitely yellow. Going to order that and the hitch then tonight. Should probably call my local dealer to see how much they want for it before ordering it. So, I guess it will have to wait until the morning.

I should have also mentioned that this kit will not work on the yellow high capacity decks (deep shell yellow deck). Does not affect the z445 but was an option on the z645 and 665, just wanted to clarify.
