Zero Turn suspension forks?

I have a Deere zero turn mower, and a fairly bumpy yard. Anyone use something like these "springed" front casters?

Yep. My Hustler came with them as an option. Very good upgrade IMHO

I've got them on my Hustler as well. Not a "Boulevard Ride", but better than stock.

I put them on my Deere Z960. Definitely noticed an improvement.
You will get the most benefit out of a full suspension seat, but the entire "ComfortGlide" setup will run you around $1200. Also adding some Tweels to the rear (and maybe the front but I haven't tried that yet) will smooth out the bumps as well.

I have a Hustler also and invested in "flex forks". Helped out a lot. Okay, its not a cure-all, now I can race at 10MPH without getting bashed around. But quite a bit of improvement.

I bought the Deere one that comes on the higher-level Z900 models. It's weight adjustable and has armrests.
There is also an additional frame for under the seat that is the Deere "ComfortGlide" system. I didn't get that at the time but am considering adding it. When you get those 2 things together it makes a huge difference in ride quality over the lower-level seats.

My Z530R came with the "ComfortGlide" seat "system". It's a great seat, and does help, at least a little. The "R" package/upgrade is worth every penny - seat, LED lights, foot rests, etc...

I went and picked up fuel at the depot and a woman was mowing with a stand-on ZTR. She had quite the bouncy ride too. Our drought has made the ground rough and unforgiving so it sure is a hard way to make a living right now. There has to be a way to suspend them mowers so they ride better. (like Ferris?)

It didn't list 1 for the 5R series you had mentioned calling them about your z530R . so I thought they may have steered you in what model may fit?

My SIL has a Gravely, with some sort of suspension. He loves it but, it cost him like $10k...

Ok after doing some homework ( reached out to the company and never received a response) I found the model 500 unfortunately won't fit my Z545R. what I did was research the models they said it fit . looked up the part numbers from John deere. and found out it's made for a 5 inch tire and is 5.5 inches wide.The R500 series uses a 6 inch wide tire. and has a 6.5 inch width between the forks. So im hoping they make a wider 1 for the R500 series soon .

Thanks for saving me the research time. Yeah, bummer. I'm not swapping to smaller tires, either.

I put them on my mower and did not see that big of a difference. I still think the comfort glide or scags suspension sled are the most comfortable way to go for a zero turn.

the guy had mentioned that they had rubber in them. and couldn't be welded on.
