You do have a valuable tractor.  The mid size Kubota 4 WD models are in high demand.  I traded in a 10 year old L2550 a few years ago and got the same trade in value at the dealer as what I paid for it.   So check out what your machine is worth before you go to the dealer.  You can look at online prices for that.  Remember the dealer always gets a better price on his lot and has a higher customer flow.  But your machine is in demand, no matter where you sell it.
if the dealer has a detail shop to clean up his used machines, you might want to ask what they would charge to get yours ready for sale.
When I sell a higher value piece of equipment on line, I give the bill of sale and title to my bank, and the buyer brings them a cashiers check to them(the bank) for the sales amount. They clear the check, put the money in my account, and give him the title.
