Sounds ideal, if only it weren't a bunch of 80 year old women!

I can appreciate a cougar as much as the next guy, but there is a limit.

At 77 I find 80 year old women looking better and better every day.

After my divorce a friend and I got involved with an escort company in Florida that set up older ladies with everything from dinner dates to cruise vacations. If your conversation was half way entertaining and you could dance their purse strings could become very generous.
I did it for 2 winters in my early 30s.
Keeping company and dancing was one thing but the horizontal mambo could be challenging.
A lifetime of wear and tear and aging...

Christmas was great but I got yet another reminder that I’m getting old.

We had a bunch of younger nieces and nephews over Christmas Eve. I had Dean Martin and Bing Crosby Christmas songs going as background music.

My 18 year old niece asked “who is singing”?

I said “Bing Crosby, maybe the best singer ever”. She looks at me and says “who is that”.

OMG in their language.

After much discussion and and a brief survey, turns out NONE of the kids 18 or under had any clue whatsoever about Bing Crosby, Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra. Not a clue.

I am getting old!!!

Correction! You are not getting old, you already are old. Just wait until a gray-haired woman opens the door for you_ reality sucks.

My FIL (82 yo) lives in an active adult community, and he said the women outnumber the men almost 5:1. He said when they have a community get-together, it's a giant flirt-fest, with all the single people trying to hookup.

In the late 90s my siblings and I put together a 50th anniversary party for our parents (with their knowledge...this is something my mother made clear when we were still kids that we were expected to do). Considerable help from them with the guest list...we didn't really know most of these people.
Quite a few of their old friends were either widowed or divorced and had new partners, though in many cases not married to them. Mother made a comment to the effect that here they were cohabitating and thinking nothing of it, but 25-30 years earlier these same people would have hit the ceiling if/when their kids did that.

I think attractive women are from their 50s to their 70s. Less than that, they are girls or young ladies for the young bucks. Christy Brinkley at 71 (as Fuddy shows) is the cat's meow. Don't get me revved up on Dana Perino, the hottest woman on Fox.

I was going to ask how long did it take all the King's men and how many layers did it take?
Could probably get me looking half decent with all that product and technicians working on me.
I'm thinking there was an air brush involved. The neck doesn't have that lived in look I would expect. That's usually the real giveaway along with the hands.

All things considered, the Vanna sans makeup pics aren't that bad. Along with cigarettes and sun bathing, extended use of makeup seems to result in the dried up prune look.

It took about 3-5hrs to put the makeup on one character for planet of the apes if that's any indication.
