Tractor Sizing Yanmar YT3 ROPS Height

Anyone know what the height of a YT347/359 is with the ROPS folded? Want to know if it’ll fit in a standard 7ft garage door opening.

I’m pretty sure a Kubota Grand L is too tall to fit in a standard garage with the ROPS folded and if the Yanmar does it could sway the decision making process.

My YT347 with R4s clears my 7ft garage door with the ROPS folded. I’ll measure mine today and let you know.

That’s a great data point, thanks for measuring it!

That means a YT347/359 can be parked in a clean locked garage instead of in the run-in shed with the birds perching on the steering wheel and pooping all over the dash and controls.

Major advantage for the Yanmar over the Kubota Grand L which I’m 95% sure won’t fit inside a 7ft garage with the ROPS folded. Thanks again!

i had to put my tractor in the garage and I remeasured with the ROPS pinned in the down position and it measures 80.5”. Still clears the garage door. 78” was when the ROPS was folded all the way down past the pin holes.

Before I bought the YT347, I compared it to all the other brands and found Yanmar blew away the other manufacturers on quality and functionality.

Unfortunately I’m having issues with frequent regens. I’m working directly with Yanmar to resolve the issue. Yanmar Customer Support Division has been awesome.

Besides the Regen issue I love the tractor. Hasn’t let me down yet.
