Woods Trail/Road

Hi,

The project that I'm currently working on with my Kubota BX23S is to build a trail/road to the lower part of my property. Between the tractor and chainsaw, I'm making pretty good progress. Since I'm working on a fairly steep slope, I'm taking my time and making sure I build up the downhill side of the trail at each stage.

Attached are a couple of pictures showing the start of the trail, where i had a stump to deal with, and where I am today.

Thanks for the document CobyRupert! Once I get the road cut in (woods cleared), I'll look at where drainage needs to be added. The good news is that after some pretty severe down pours, I have no standing water or erosion.

Looks like a fun project. I love created trails through my land, and then improving them into roads. They just get nicer and nicer over time!!!!
