Why am I getting a error page on old posts ?

I am researching some old posts and have found that a error page seems to come up on just about anything over two years old . I know I was able to get some infor about 6 months ago ,now it will not let me back in !!! They are ones with attachments . Could this be my problem ?

I just looked back at some posts (some w/attachments) from over 2 years ago with no problems. Post a link of the ones you are having problems with ... it may help figure out the problem.

Attachments posted prior to 1/1/2001 are no longer on our server. Fortunately, there weren't many... a few hundred, I think. Out of more than 20,000 now, seems like a drop in the lake.

Turning a computer "on" is a major accomplishment for me . I will keep trying . I wish this thing had a hand crank and a choke knob !!! My last child moved out this year and with her went every hope of getting the TV remote, Phone recorder, clock reset or anything else to work in this house until she comes home on vacation . They always say "even a child can do it " but they never include one when you buy it !
