What mower will cut a steep, rocky grass and clover patch?

Hello, I have a steep, uneven and rocky food plot planted with white clover. It needs mowing once or twice a year. I believe a finish mower may get damaged and a brush hog may not do the job. Any suggestions?

Have you looked at an offset flail mower with hammers?

I've got a nearby neighbor with a wet land. Twice a year, she hires someone to cut it all down with a string trimmer/ bladed weed wacker.

It's about three acres all told.

Good work if you can get it.

Exactly what I was thinking or do a 'rent to buy' goat herd. You get Goat Milk from the ewes and push comes to shove, you can eat them as well.

Goat eating vegetation is real popular around here. In fact there are a couple concerns that rent out their herds just for that. They eat everything green I've been told.

I have a flail with the hammer knives shown in previous posts. I mowed the neighbors rocky field it cost me $400 for a new set of hammers. This was the motivation for the chain mower conversion. It works so well I use it on my non rocky fields as well.
Small rocky fields can be groomed and cleared of rocks.
