What else do you do with forks besides lift pallets?

I know you are a metal builder but can you not salvage that wood? I have a hard time throwing stuff like that away.

This is stuff I had saved outdoors for years. It was originally sorted and stacked with air gaps between the layers but that did not last long

Oof yeah like dragon I also cringe at seeing usable lumber thrown away. Put it in a pile by the road, with a quick ad on craigslist, and it could be put to use by someone - even if just for firewood (unless it was treated?). Putting lumber into a landfill to rot is among the most wasteful human behavoir I can imagine... Sorry, not intended to be a personal attack in any way.

Not at all! I feel the same way. I already resorted my pile. The stuff going into the dumpster was rotten.

The forks are spaced perfect to pick up a 32 gallon round trash can, lifting it under the handles. You can pick them up, transport, and set them down without getting off the tractor.
