Vinegar coolant system flush?

/ Vinegar coolant system flush? #31
But you don't put coolant in a small outboard.

My small outboards all use salt water as THE coolant.
Salt water is extremely corrosive.
This thread does seem to be about removing corrosion in cooling systems.
My point was intended to show that vinegar works as a corrosion cleaning agent, and does not necessarily need to be completely flushed. A minute amount will not damage anything even if it remains in a closed cooling system.
