Dave: I have not yet bought the PT but will be when funds build up. I was thinking about a trimmer like you are. I have a sickle bar mower off my Ford9N. It was drivern off the PTO and was positioned under the belly of the ford. I was allready thinking about how to make it work with a aux hydi motor and a quick attatch plate to mow the road banks on my mini-farm. I will be watching how you figure this out. Good Luck! Maybe one of those antique ground driven ones that were made to be pulled by horse and later by tractors. Might be able to put an attachment plate on the rear and push it with the PT. I think I have seen then at farm auctions pretty reasonable. Some even have a seat still on them so you could give the Mrs. a ride. Just don't tell her it's additional weight on the drive wheels. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
