Does anyone know if it's possilbe to use the JD site to find things other than parts? I ordered my 448 hoe a few weeks back and it still hasn't arrived. I called the deal today and he gave me some excuse about it's whereabout's.
I thought maybe I could find a dealer that had the hoe instock and call them.
I figured it maybe an option on the JD site?

Well... I know that when you use the "configurator" to build-your-own, that you can request a quote from a number of dealer's. (Although, I tried to use it to "build" a MX-6 mower -- without a tractor -- and it didn't work too well).

Nonetheless, that's not to say that they have one in stock.... however. And there's no guarantee that the price will be any better than the deal you already have!

Maybe you can keep driving by the dealership - over and over. And eat your lunch everyday parked just outside the showroom window. And enlist the help of the manager's wife to nag and nag him until that backhoe shows up!!!!

That too funny, a lot of emails also can cause action.

That's a good idea but maybe instead of the managers wife I'll have mine call. She certainly has a way of nagging me to the point of submission. I guess I just have to develop more patience. I was really hoping to be using the hoe by this weekend.
