Barlow's delivered my new L5240 HSTC this AM. Of course, I immediately got to work adding my 3rd function to it and prepping to weld on grab hooks and a receiver to the bucket...

Here's the obligatory pics, though it is just a regular off the shelf tractor, so I'm not sure why everyone always wants to see them so much. I'll take more pics of my mods once those are done, which strike me as more interesting photos to post... I had an easier time installing the 3rd function in my L3130 as the hydraulic layout was different, and the electrical part seems easier on an open station vs cab. This is going to take a couple days or so.

Congratulations on your new tractor; don't know why we like pictures either, but we do. I kind of like to see different properties and I have gotten some ideas on bucket hooks and such from others. I probably won't be buying another new tractor in my lifetime, but still drve through the Kubota, John Deere lots from time to time.

Baby steps Bubba, baby steps; I was actually within three miles of the Kubota dealer last week and didn't go by; I am even going to have my wife pick up a part from them today and I'm not going with her.:laughing:
