The ones with faded paint aren't ugly, they're just ancient. But apparently still in service and running great.

What is the YM3000 with steel paddy 'tires' towing? The towed rig is on treads, and has an engine and an operator seat. Rice planter?

I think that the Yanmar is pulling a blade to level the mud/soil in the paddy. I think that there is a second machine in the background on tracks, separate from the Yanmar, but I do not recognize what it is. It doesn't look to me as the second machine has enough flotation to be a planter, as those fairly narrow steel tracks would disrupt the seed bed/ paddy, but what do I know?

I'm kicking myself for not getting a old beat up yanmar at auction several yrs ago. Oh well I guess I'll stick with old beat up Kubotas and smaller JD garden/yard tractors lol.

The older small Japanese ones make very good garden tractors, for sure.

I can't understand that much weight on the front. Why ? You can buy a old Tractor on CL. 10X the size for what they have in the Weights and that Paint job!! old fords etc. running in the hundreds all day long.
