Anybody have a source for an adapter from the Thumbs auxiliary flow selector to a Hydraulic quick connector? The fitting on the selector is designed to connect to a 14mm DIN light hose. I find many female 14mm QC's but they are not DIN and lack the o-ring seal.
Maybe try ebay or amazon because there seems to be a few adapters for sale there common to chinese minis?

Found nothing so far. Might have to get creative and perhaps have a short hydraulic hose with adapter to fit the QC on one end of it.

Matt, I installed the 14MM QD like these 1 Set M14x1.5mm Hydraulic Quick Connect Coupler Female Thread Pipe Fitting8G | eBay so I could change between auger and tilting bucket. While these are the right size the orifice is too small to run the auger. I bought the fittings on ebay and had to get the connecting bits from the local hyd house.

Bottom line, you need a bigger QD set = probably flat faced to properly run the auger and the amount of time I am using that vs the bucket it only takes two min to undo the caps, and install the hoses.

If you want my QD's send me a PM.

Thanks for the offer Carl_NH but if it did not work for your auger it likely would not work for mine. Living where I do there is little in the way of local shops.

I leave the caps on the valve until I want to use the auger or bucket. I have the hoses connected with a coupling on the Auger and tilting bucket when not in use, so they don't leak all over the place when removed. I take the caps off the valve, put the caps on the coupling, and connect the hoses, so I never lose the bits and pieces and everything stays clean too.

I'd install a carbon monoxide detector in the cab.

George - its a diesel so there are minimal CO concerns. Not saying it has 0 CO, but it's very rare for diesel engines to create enough CO to cause harm.
