I have a 2165 Cub Cadet. I am using it on a slightly sloped paved driveway. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone that the Rubber type chains do not work well at all on this type of surface. No traction what so ever. I had to go back to metal chains and it works perfect. Yes it does mark up the driveway, so I just re-paint with the black sealer and it looks good as new.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you are planning on wasting your money they as they DO NOT refund nor really guarantee any type of performance for this product. Its basically buyer beware. While am I sure these must be of some use they should not be marketed or sold for use in winter.

I did contact the manufacturer and was told the following

"I'm sorry that our product is not able to meet your needs. It appears that
your particular application requires something a little more aggressive, and
in so doing will most likely cause some damage to your driveway. Many
people have fell in love with the rubber tire chains; however, they are not
miracle workers and will not solve every traction problem that exists."

"We do not market or sell the chains as being able to outperform steel
chains. There are certainly times when steel chains will be a better option
- and it appears that your situation is one of them. Our rubber chains are
designed primarily to save your driveway from scratches, and many times they
are able to provide sufficient traction while saving the driveway -
sometimes they are not."
