Troy Bilt Econo Horse Identy E 17746

Hi everyone, new member here. I recently bought this tiller for $200 at a pawn shop. Engine (H60 Tecumshi). Tiller has the decals/stickers on it but no identifying other stuff. The engine is stamped H 60-7550 P, Ser. 8053 D. The tube that connects the belt drive case (transmission I suppose although it has no internal shifting, only 2 belt pullys coming in, Hi- Low) to the tine drive. That tube is stamped as in thread title, E 17746. Can someone tell me a little about this Econo-Hose, year made etc. Thanks, johnny3
