Massey fergusson gc3210
My gc2310 rear wheels seem "tight" and the tractor starts to whine at speed in forward. I lifted the machine off the ground and wheels are very tight in neutral. Also, when parked on a hill the tractor won't roll. Any idea what the problem could be?

Did you make sure the brake is releasing and that the brake rods are not bent?

sounds like brakes are on or a stick or something maybe between the Linkage.
bent linkage. or parking brake is set.

Chrisklehr, your description was very good, and, yes, those symptoms sound exactly like the parking brake was "on."

But, hey- don't feel bad, we've ALL done that at one time or another, and if it's that simple, count your blessings!

Looks like another one hit wonder.

Or, should we call this a hit and run?
