Oil & Fuel Tractor Flipped, what do I do?

We all worry about our babies when something bad like this happens, but I'm betting that, after sitting upright for several days, the tractor will fire right up and run fine.

That tractor should have a decompression lever near the steering wheel end of the engine. It will turn over by hand quite easily with that opened. May even blow any oil out of the cylinders if you try to start it with the decompression lever pulled seeing it opens the valves a bit. Mine works but the cable to the console is frozen but I can still move it at the engine.
