Lunk, I hope you sent your dealer a Valentine card. You want him tio stay as sweet as he is, don't you?

Instead of that, while he had the tractor for the 50 hr (complimentary) service and the tire replacement, I had him install a pair of remotes on the back to run the new Markham grapple rake that's supposed to ship tomorrow...

He'll also be the one making up the two long hoses to run the grapple with.
I can probably get them a little cheaper elsewhere, but he uses quality hose/fittings, and I want to throw the business his way whenever possible.

Supporting your local dealer is a great way to get great local dealer support...

My .02

My tire saga is drawing to a happy conclusion. Whilst working with my dealer (General Truck and Equipment, VT) on the cracking issue, I discovered that all the tires on the tractor where of "non-standard" size. I could envision all sorts of unsavory scenarios as a result, so I asked that all my tires be replaced with the standard size. After a little time, they have agreed to do it! I am quite pleased that my dealer put in the extra effort to solve the issue and that Mahindra did the right thing. Both the dealer and Mahindra score points on this one!
