I pull trailers every day and have tried many different "trailer" tires as well as many diff. brands. I have had a lot of problem with trailer tires. So I started using LT or light truck tires on my trailers with 15" rims. I have had much better luck with them as they seem to run cooler and I have had less blowouts as well. I prefer Michelin though a little pricey. I have used most name brand tires and have had pretty good luck with all of them. I have heard that "trailer" tires do not have to meet as many requirments as LT tires do. Yes, this is hear say but with my experience I really do believe it.
