tire chains.

i have a set of St Pierre roller snow chains on turf tires...a small tractor. They continue to twist and will not stay in place. Tighteners are used but they are designed to roll so getting them too tight is not good. Any suggestions or others that may have encountered this thanks much

Sounds like the cross chains are too short.

Also when mounting your chains keep the side chains the same length,
if one side is longer then the other they will tend to walk off the tires.
