Tire Chain Purchase

I just pulled the pin an order my tire chains from Tirechains.com, they are $258.59 shipped to my door! I slid around and got stuck a few times this weekend in 15" of snow and figured I would need them for plowing my food plots this spring as well.

Best thing you will do all year. I put my chains on from them yesterday, and I have real traction now to deal with our 30 inches... Can't plow it, more like bulldoze it. Regardless, I'd be all over the place without them and would not have been able to plow.

What kind of tires do you have and what chains did you get the ladder or duo. I have ag tires and am considering the ladder because I run on a paved highway from my place to my sons, but from what I have read the chains are not much good with ag tires as they fall between the cletes.
