Most replace the water pump, oil pump, governor gear and all the o-rings and gaskets while in there. If also replaced push rods, tappets, valve seals and springs. The toughest part is the front shaft seal. Hard to get in place without having a slow leak around the shaft. I've never done engine work before of any kind and I was able to do it. Just take your time, stay organized, and clean. As long as you pay attention to top-dead-center when putting in the CAM, it's really pretty easy.
