What small 4 stroke engines don't have oil drain plugs? The JD rider mower I bought this past summer does, as does the Predator I put in my logsplitter. In fact, the Predator has 2. You'd think if anyone was going to cut a corner it would be HF. :ROFLMAO:
My 10-year-old Lawn boy push mower does not have drain plug. Turn on side to drain oil. My son's 3 year old push mower with B&S engine also does not have drain plug. His states to turn on side to change oil or just add oil when needed and never change.

I have two push mowers, one with a Honda engine and one with a B&S engine and neither have drain plugs. Small Honda 4 stroke snowblowers haven't ever had drain plugs. I guess the Chinese companies HF sources from just haven't caught up yet on their cloning.

Turning them over works but makes it hard to not make a mess.

I'm fixing a wake up clock that was a present to the Wife last Christmas. The alarm time button was not working any more. After just one year, just out of warranty. I have it all apart now. I am always shocked at bad design. This was designed to fail after going in and looking at it. They shall not win, because I'm going to rebuild it and make it more stout. They don't get to win, making all this stuff, with obvious failure points. :)

My 1973 Briggs-powered Toro push mower has a drain plug on the bottom, but it's so dirty under there that I never use it. Much easier to just blow the top side of the mower clean with leaf blower or compressed air, then tip the thing up on two wheels to drain thru the filler neck. Not sure why anyone would even bother to do otherwise, on such a tiny machine.

Now if I recall, the crank case on my 1984 Woods rotary cutter (brush hog) did not have a drain plug, just a single 1/2" NPT plug in the top. I could turn that thing over with the loader to drain, but I'd guess it'd be easier to use a pump to suck it out. It had a bad lower shaft seal when I bought it, so I got an easy oil change out of it when I replaced that seal, and I'd already sold the thing before it was due for its next change. :ROFLMAO:

The last alarm clock I bought was so complicated to use that I just use my phone nowadays.

Electronic engineers why do they make tech so complicated for me anyway. It should be if I want to make a call or get the time on my wrist watch I should be easily able to. Instead I'm taking pics when I'm trying to call some one and my watch displays my daily step count instead. 😔

I try not to use an alarm, but had gotten into the habit of using my phone. Then my company issued me a new iphone...
"To use alarm go to Health".
Or my old twelve dollar Walmart clock radio.

Both my 2000w Honda Generator, and my Generac semi-trash pump are emptied via the fill/dipstick, the Generac actually has two of them, Honda sells an extension that screws into the place of the dipstick, which makes it easier to pout out ...

My 4 stroke trimmer doesn't even have an oil sump, but uses mixed 2 stroke gas ... Crazy design!

I don't use an alarm clock!

I was a presenter/announcer/DJ back in the 70's with a taxpayer-funded national broadcasting outfit. At the station where I worked, they brought in a team above my pay-grade to redesign the layout for a new studio. Part of my job was editing audio using two (large) reel-to-reel tape machines, side-by-side, as controls on each were frequently used together for cueing up a tape at a certain spot, then releasing the pause control on the other, and hitting another control almost instantaneously, etc etc.

So when the "suits" asked me for feedback on their proposed re-design, I brought up their proposed placement of those two tape machines - either side of a wide console! I demonstrated a typical editing session, and the critical placement of them, and said it would be unworkable.

Their response - what would you know, get over it, it looks much neater our way!
