More to do with me being a bull in China shop and wannabe diy plumber, installing a simple second shower Wand in my cabins upstairs shower first one I replaced was all metal and fine when I built the place but I tiled surround around top of fiberglass shower walls recently so I replaced shower wand over tightened cracked the plastic screw in fitting to shower down spout think I learned my lesson? nope cracked second new shower wand plastic screw in fitting. Less is more for cripes sakes. Feel I'm spending our families retirement fund in shower wands lol. Third time's a charm I hope. Wish I could find one with a metal screw in fitting to shower down spout coming out of wall. Why does the the shower engineer dept ,and bean counters feel the need to use so much plastic on a device that's used daily? Why did I replace the first all metal fitting wand? Maybe I can retro fit existing components of original wand or just reinstall all metal old fitting and be done with it.

Interesting. Why did small engine makers quit putting in drain plugs? Turning a lawn mower over on it's side to drain the oil is really dumb.

Go turn any self propelled push mower on its side and you will find out why there is no drain plug. You couldn't get to if it had one. And I suspect that is the same reason they have removed the drain plug from the chain case on snowmobile because you couldn't access it if it was there.

The manual for my DR Trimmer said not to change the oil, just add as needed. The crankcase doesn't hold much anyways, around a pint if memory serves me correctly.
I guess they sell more engines that way. Although I've had it about 10 years and never added any.

Im hoping non serviceable 4 strokes and hydro transmissions at least run a premium long lasting oil but probably not.

Is it a 2 stroke so the oil just lubricates the drive?

What small 4 stroke engines don't have oil drain plugs? The JD rider mower I bought this past summer does, as does the Predator I put in my logsplitter. In fact, the Predator has 2. You'd think if anyone was going to cut a corner it would be HF.

I’ve had push mowers that had no drain plug, you drain it by turning them on their side and drain it through the dipstick tube. It’s not as bad as it sounds.

I noticed yrs ago cheap 4 stroke push mowers stopped putting drain plugs in I have a old troy ilt brand 4 stroke back pack blower without drain plug. I
As others said smaller 4 strokes can be turned on its side to drain crankcase oil thru the fill cap though.

Walmart handicap parking! We use it for my wife. The stores around me have a space for a van or maybe a mini bus then a bunch of yellow painted lines where they could have placed at least two more spots. I don't ever see a mini bus in the van spot but I do see vehicles parked over the yellow lines.

This woks fine for mine, actually nicer than the old mowers with a drain plug on the bottom.
