Yes you can operate the mid and rear PTO's at the same time but the seat switch, if de-activated, will shut off the PTO's. The seat switch will also shut off any rear PTO implement if de-activated. Then for rear PTO implements you can run the rear PTO separately. The rear PTO can be engaged from outside the tractor. To do this you need to engage the parking brake. From outside the tractor you can start the tractor, adjust engine speed and engage the rear PTO. This only works when the rear PTO is engaged and not when both PTO's are engaged with the yellow selector handle.
