An action shot!
Maybe a nice pic from a grapple vendor's perspective but the loader vendor would encourage a more balanced load.
Actually that was balanced. It's gripped in the center of the log & the log was fairly uniform in diameter from end to end. I think you're simply being fooled by the oblique angle(s) the picture was taken from along with some "fish eye" distortion from a cell phone camera lens.
Must have been a big fish![]()
I agree it doesn't. It probably doesn't look like it's setting on about a 6-8 degree side slope (going down / away from camera) either but it is.I believe you, but it sure doesn't look that way at first glance.
That is an excellent price for a clamshell style grapple. I'm sure you're going to have interest in it. I hope you guys explain the pros and cons of clamshell versus standard L grapples though. I'm guessing that 80-90% of your first time grapple buyers would be better served by the standard EA Compact grapple because of the differences in clamping and holding on to a load. The Compact EA is still IMO a more versatile grapple for general use. Maybe do a comparison video showing strengths and weaknesses of each type. The new 55" Wicked Grapple Rake is now LIVE on our website! Thanks for the video. I watched the piling brush and back raking parts a few times. Being able to drag poison ivy and honey suckle vines away from fence rows sure would be handy.
You guys have a demo model to try out for us locals?
