Not necessarily so........

Mahindra chooses to measure their 3 point lift capacity at the end of the three point lift arms. Others (Kioti being one) measure it at 24" aft of the end of three point lift arms.

An email to Mahindra yielded the following reply:

The lift capacities on our spec sheets is for total lift capacity at the lift point End of the lower link arms. The lift capacities at 24" behind the lift point per ASAE S349.1 are as follows:

2015--980 lbs.
2615--1653 lbs.
3015--1652 lbs.

The Mahindra website simply states, 1400 pounds 3 point lift capacity for the 2015.
