I was recently looking through the T5C manual and noticed that there is a front bucket mounted auger listed as an option. After calling the parts department, I was told that the parts where not currently available, but that they had been considering ordering another batch of components. However, they would not sell the components as a kit, nor would they install the components on a used machine. In essence, the auger would only be available as an option on a new machine when ordering.
Does anyone have any experience with this auger? It seems like a handy attachment to have for setting posts.
Is there any interest in purchasing a kit? Perhaps if enough people committed to buy (dependent on the price of course) then perhaps Terramite might be persuaded to make a kit available for sale.
