Technical manuals question

Hello, I hate to use a thread for what should be a simple answer but no one at my dealer knows the answer.

The Parts manual on print is $110 and on CD is $55, the technical manual on print is $170 and on CD is $85, and the diagnostic on print is $335 and on CD is $170.

So to get all on print I would be looking at $615 for the print before taxes ($645.75 with taxes)
And on CD I would be looking at $310 before taxes ($325.50 with taxes) the CD is a HUGE savings but would be useless to me if it can't be put on my iPad or iPhone.

Does anyone know if that is possible to do? Does the CD have a PDF file that can be transferred giving me all the info that I need on a device I carry with me all the time?

I bought the Technical Manual for my JD 4600 on CD. It turned out to be just one big PDF file on the disk, which I copied to my hard drive. If it's the same deal for your tractor, you should be able to copy the PDF into any device that has software to read PDF's.
