T574 DPF lights on again

Yes regen hours varies a lot based on the engines. The Yanmar engines will do a regen about every 40-50 hours. The Kukje engines will go hundreds of hours before a regen. Not sure how long for the Deutz engines.

I will repeat. The first 574 turned on the DPF lights while still on the fuel delivered by the dealer. In the first 100 hours the lights came on 4 more times while being put through several regen cycles. They replaced the tractor but the new one is having the same false warning lights. I asked the dealer if TYM ever discover the problem with the first tractor and he said he was never informed. But anyway, my current tractor is still under warranty and the dealer and TYM have just ignored me for over a year. They are a disgusting company.

In the year that I've been looking into TYM tractors, I have heard of one other TYM owner with chronic DPF warning light problems.

He owned a feed store and used the tractor to load round bales on customer trucks/trailers. His typical use was a few minutes of light work, and then shut off. His DPF never heated up as required and he eventually had DPF warning lights pop up.

His service tech drilled a few holes through the DPF media to allow engine to breath better and reduce pressure delta across the DPF (which then turned off the warning lights).

If you don't want to try the above fix, I'd encourage you to sell your tractor. With your two new tractors quickly having the same (rare) problem, my guess is that TYM and your dealer have come to the conclusion that the problem is largely due to how you use the tractor, and it is unlikely that they will give you a third tractor.
