Sweeper Collector

Anyone interested in a sweeper collector. I did a lot of research and found a man in Canada who makes the best I found for the price.

It's in transit and I expect to recieve it on Monday. Take a look at the pics. He matched the hopper to Kubota orange for me.

I'll let you know how it operates.

For that kind of money you would be money ahead buying a motorised Wessex paddock cleaner with a gas engine from England and not require a power take off unit.

I bought a simple sears sweeper (~300) last fall and rigged some chains so I can lift it with the three point hitch. This allows me to sweep and then lift the sweeper to drive to the dump point - plus it allows you to back up. Worked pretty well. This year I may try to improve the link hook up as last year was sort of an experiment.
