Stuck, really stuck

And for everyone else waiting on pictures. The rain came through Sunday and fortunately I managed to backfill the spring I dug on Saturday so it didn’t go submarine. In fact it looks like the rain managed to wash out most of the soft stuff.

My wife got down today to check on it - I will have to wait until Saturday to get the winch and snatchblocks down…View attachment 4044142

Is the ground to left to soft for backhoe to lift the left rear up out of the muck? Presume yes but hard to tell from picture.

Kind of read most of your predicament, your stuck in a wooded area, correct? You have lots of hydraulic operated equipment on the tractor itself, I'm I missing something? Why can't you build up the soft ground under these hydraulic attachments with logs so either your fel, bh, or bh stabilizers will lift the wheels enough to put wood under them? My methods worked for me in the past it requires some manual labor and a chain saw but at least you don't have to shovel mud much, if at all, plus you don't have to worry as much about damaging tractor or vehicle with winch, if trying to break it loose to pull it out.

I’ve done it before. Buried many to the floorboard. The worst part is getting other vehicles stuck trying to pull em out. Truck, truck, tractor, dozer…finally pulled em all out with a combine.
Snatch block works well. Make sure to put something over the connection point to help prevent SnapBack. You don’t want to send a hook through an headlight, your windshield [or worse]. Good luck and keep us posted. Share some photos of your adventure.

Your 12K winch with as many "snatch blocks" as necessary will work!
Several years ago I "followed" along in my Yamaha Rhino 660 with the coolers while two friends used their Kubota tractors and bush hogs deep in the bottoms of Arkansas.
First tractor got stuck and the second one couldn't pull him out backwards.
I chained my Rhino to a big tree from behind, pulled out all 50' of "rope" cable from my Warn 4K winch and hooked up 4 snatch blocks.
Raised the hood on the Rhino -- just in case the "rope" {not a cable} broke and sent the snatch blocks in my direction {I was also behind a plexiglass windshield and still laid down in the seat to get behind the dash!} and started winching.
I've been stuck in just about everything one can imagine {a Cessna 150 included!} and have ALWAYS got myself out -- the old "rope around the tire trick and tied to a tree" etc.
One thing for sure -- whoever is on the tractor only needs to use it AS IT IS MOVING AND DON'T ALLOW THE TIRES TO SLIP!!!
So many people just keep digging themselves in instead of allowing the winch to "get it coming up" and only use the tractor to help.
Both of my buddies laughed the whole time I was rigging, chaining etc. and getting prepared -- we had no other option -- no way to get a truck etc. where we were!
After the initial pull with all 50' of "rope" in -- reset twice and he was out.
We took a LOT of pictures and videos {as I remember, it required several cold beers!} but I'm not sure where they've gone.
That "story" is still being told!
I hope this helps and always prepare for the worst when winching -- I saw a 5/16" CABLE break once when a friend was pulling out another guy's truck {the one guy never wound his winch straight and would let the cable "roll over itself" which pinches a weak spot!} and the cable went through his windshield! Luckily he was fast enough to duck somewhat and only got glass fragments in his face and neck -- we all started using blankets, jackets, tarps on the cables and raising our hoods for protection.

Would it be possible to attach a 2x12 to the the buried wheel face and slowly rotate that wheel to "paddlewheel" your way out?

Boards are your friend. Get as many boards and pieces of plywood you can find. Lift the outriggers and put wood under them to spread the pad out. I've done this with a full size backhoe that was nearly rolling over in the mud hole. The last thing I did was slide the outrigger along boards using the hoe, the bucket and reverse.

Using snatch blocks is a good possible solution. For each line part you add (a snatch block) you gain almost the winch rating in pulling force. So 2 lines/1 snatch block=24,000 lbs of pulling force; 3 lines 2 snatch blocks=36,000 lbs. The drawbacks to using snatch blocks is to move 1 foot of distance for the stuck vehicle is you 1 foot times the number of lines of cable, and having enough cable to keep the rescue vehicle safe from getting stuck also.

Been stuck a few times in the woods around low lying water. My kid got my tractor stuck in my pond around 3 feet of water then he mentioned it and disappeared. Had my wife helping me using a block and chain and a come along. Seemed like I wasn’t making any progress and after a few hours only getting a foot or so. Then about 45 minutes later I started to get further 6 inches or so at a time after more than 4 long hours I was out enough to pull away, what an ordeal. Keep plugging away and all of a sudden you’ll be able to get out the rest of the way using tractor power.

Does that truck have some kind of anchoring system, so it doesn't just pull itself toward the stuck vehicle?

The square plates at the front and back of the truck bed are outriggers. They pull out and drop down. Fully extended they will lift the tires off the ground.
