Buying Advice Starting out and need vegetable equipment advice

that sounds like a great idea on the mower, my daughter and wife love mowing i just had to upgrade because i tend to use things that are finicky because i can deal with them, my wife/daughter got frustrated so quit mowing until i got something w/out nuances. The 185 is a great tractor, friend of mine had one and a 160, i never had any issues with either of them one was a diesel the other gasser. Do you use weed barrier between the rows or how do you handle the weed control? or maybe i missed that part. We have a lot of spurge and nutsedge around here. Terrible bad japanese bettles for the first time last year so waiting for them to arrive and see what kind of mess we have this year.

I seed it to white dutch clover with a little buckwheat and annual rye to help the clover establish and then I just mow it with a mulch kit so I don't spray grass all over the peppers. With the inline injector for the drip irrigation I don't have to worry about there not being enough nutrients (not that I think those would hurt that much anyway.) The client doesn't care about certified organic or not, but he wants OMRI listed pesticide/fungicide. We have pretty good luck with some of the neem oil based pesticides until later in the season anyway and the japanese beetles seem to prefer the local soybeans and the buckwheat that I plant to anything that I actually grow for produce. That buckwheat attracts bugs including beneficial ones like you wouldn't believe! I've never seen swarms of hoverflies like that until the first year I planted it. For fungicide, Serenade has done pretty well, but I had to start alternating with a weak copper solution to control some bacterial leaf spot I got last year.
