until I really warm the old girl up. When I go full trottle(mower deck engaged), It will reduce revs and sometimes stall. once hot..all ok

What model of Deere is this motor in?
Is this new problem that developed suddenly?
Does it have a separate choke lever? If yes if you apply a little choke does it run smoother?

325. has developed slowly. when cold it stalls . when fully warmed , she hestitates a little, but goes to full throttle speed.

I have a JD 325 with a 18 hp v-twin engine. Tractor runs great when mower is not engaged. Sometimes when I engage the mower, it will run fine for a few minutes and then all of a sudden it will start losing power/run rough and I will have to slow to a crawl to prevent killing the engine.
I went ahead and ordered an ignition coil
It worked.....thanks a million guys!!! I purchased one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/114197947568 (Kawasaki part no. 211717034) and before I installed it, I ran the mower until it started running rough. I then turned it off, pulled the right spark plug wire off, turned it back on and it started right up again. I did the same thing with the left spark plug wire and it would not start, so I new it was the right ignition coil that was bad. Replaced it and it runs like a champ! Thanks again guys for all your help!!!
