Tires solid tires

I bought a Kubota L345DT that has one front tire loaded and the other side is not. It is not loaded with a liquid, it's solid and heavy. What I like to find out is what could it be full of, so I could fill the other side. And where can I get it.

I'd fill the other.. especially if it is FWA.

Yeah.. the foam ain't cheap.. must have ground up gold in it for weight and extra price..
