Snow Attachments Snow removal using backblade/loader

/ Snow removal using backblade/loader #11
The back blade worked better than the FEL today in this very wet snow, approx. 2". The FEL wouldn't scrape all the way down to the pavement in most places unless angled down a tad. MUCH better going backwards in this stuff. The wheels wouldn't even grip good for using the back blade going forward. No problem backwards.

Chuck,
Going to get my first try tomorrow. I think your snow is coming my way. I have a KK 7' blade. I'll let you know

I posted this in another thread, and I see you have a kk blade, do you think this would work?

I was thinking that you could fabricate an extention that would extend out from end of blade hydraulically (and I assume you could), but I found this blade that had slots for manual adjustment side shift, and thought that by adding a cyl. at spot shown, you could move the whole blade. Might be of interest to some.
