Snow Edge - worth it?

I used 1-1/4" schedule 80 CPVC pipe on my FEL last season on broom finish concrete. It lasted all season and did not come off. This year I have some regular schedule 80 PVC to try too. It was a lot faster just dropping the bucket and go like h___.

EA3.
Funny you mention that. I ordered one and it arrives this week.

Let me know what you think of it when it arrives. I may try the ABS for this year and hope I can find enough $$$ in the couch cushions to get the 3PH snowblower for next winter.

I've had good luck with a strip,of 1x6" plastic lumber ripped in half (1x3"). Seems to wear well, but doesn't snow much here. (None in the last two winters.)
