Snow Equipment Buying/Pricing snow chains

/ snow chains #21
Here is my answer to snow and ice chains. Actually they also score up the ice pretty good so the ice is not as slippery. There was less than 2 inches between the side of the tire and the fender on my kubota L4740. Anyway here is a short video of my answer to the snow chain issues.

They do not tear up the roads I've run mine on town roads many times, we use them on the farm on a New Holland 6050 and a Puma 125 which get roaded 3 to 6 miles a day.
When you are working on pavement they don't slip and spin like street chains will.
The euro studded chains are the best working and riding chain you can get.

They are the bests chains I ever had. When snow blowing the customer's paved driveways I make sure I put it in 4 wheel drive so I don't spin.

For the cheapskates out there, I've noticed that at my local Habitat ReStore, they have boxes of used car chains that are unmarked and thus unsold. Buy a few and cut / lengthen them to the proper fit.
