Not sure, but you could try to judge by the electrode size.

BTW, the whole video is less than 1/2 second.

In the 1/2 second (real time) video the arc length was closed up significantly. You can see it over the 2 minutes but is real obvious if you drag the slider to speed up the 2 minute slow mo.

Looks pretty good to me. Angle about 30-45 deg. Gap (measured to the centerline of the rod) looks OK (about 50% of rod diameter--1/8" dia rod, 1/16" gap). Puddle looks normal. No evidence of long arcing.
