Hi, I have a Mahindra emax 20 hst. My question is, my loader joystick is very very sensitive. No matter how careful i am with the movement of the joystick it just wants to jump to whatever i want to do with it. So, i want to know if there is an adjustment somewhere that i can adjust to make it more of a smoother move. TIA, any reasonable response would be appreciated.

Lower your engine RPM so it lowers the hydraulic flow and makes the loader more controllable.
If this is not enough or you need the high RPM for something else, then you'll need to get a couple flow restrictors.
