Screening Plant Project

Another shot. Some Channel welded on so I can lift the plant with the loader. It definitely maxes out the lift of my B3200 due to the leverage and weight. 1/4 metal diamond plate etc because its what I had laying around. I spent about $300 scoring some old stair treading for the screen deck for about 130 bucks.

Great work everyone on their designs! Would anyone have specs/design/blueprints to share? I'm in the process of building my log home and have around 400 yds of loam from grubbing out the driveway. Have about 1/2 acre of landscaping around the house to eventually do.

It has been awhile.
Looks like I will finally be building the gravel screen.
Not sure if I understand your communication of the hinge and spring action of the cut spring .
A photo or couple of photos of the mounting of the spring to the shaker frame and box would communicate a lot, the old saying a picture says a thousand words.
Would be greatly appreciated.
