Satoh Bison s650g problem

Alright here is my deal, everything is fine with the tractor except that it wants to bog down when driving up hills and even on flat ground sometimes even if I run the RPMs high. I'm really not sure what the deal is I have changed the plugs, wires, etc. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I think I would suspect a fuel pressure/ filter issue based on symptom may want to inspect the fuel supply hoses and lines for splits or cracking etc. also. Good luck
