RX6010C broken stabilizer mount

My two year old RX6010C broke the right hand stabilizer mount. You can see from the picture the gray paint shows where it wasn't welded properly. I got it fixed at a welding shop, put the disc back on and in an hour broke the left hand stabilizer mount. Kioti has crappy welds from the factory on such a critical component. Don't buy a Kioti RX series if you are going to do anything tougher than bush hogging.

Hate to see the failure you had I will try and look at mine shortly just to see how the welds look.

Let your dealer know so they can notify the factory. Not sure if they'd be willing to fix it for you (I'd think that it should still be covered), but it's good to provide feedback.

The tractor is out of warranty, but I sent pictures to the Kioti Distributor in North Carolina and my local dealer, S & H Farm Supply in Rogersville, MO. The service manager was sympathetic, and showed me another broken stabilizer mount from another customer, although he didn't say whether that was warrantied or not. But he did show me the difference in beef (strength) of a similar NH tractor, and the New Holland mount is just built stronger. I'm not asking for any warranty assistance now that I've got both welded much stronger, but there is no doubt these stabilizer mounts had crappy welding from the factory.
