You might want to go a little higher for future trailers. My buddy added an air conditioner for the bedroom and his trailer measures 13' 5" hooked to the truck.

Not sure of exact height of mine. Factory specs said 12'11" but that, I think is before the second AC was added. For me, there will be no "future trailers" this is a 2015 and will be my last one. These things are not cheap.
