Can't remember if I actually stated, issue with using a pipe wrench was that it just sheared material from the plug.
The beam running underneath is a support between the loader frame, bit of a hassle to remove and replace (due to pressure on it) but ended up doing so to drill through the plug and use the easy out bit shown in the plug back in whichever post I uploaded that picture in.
