1- A Project Manager
2- Field supervisor to over see the project
3- Head journeyman to run the two man crew
4- OSHA approved safety guy/gal to oversee an unforeseen event. AKA fire, explosion, or a spectacular big whoops.
5- Project scheduler using P6 to build track and manage critical path.
6- Milestone indicators to track this momentous event.
7- Celebratory milestone with TBN approved confetti of multi colored tractor colors.:cool2:
