Rounded off drain plug

I see this version now, as well as one with a serrated jaw:

Not sure how much torque they'd take, but how much torque would be needed for this plug once you got a good grip?

I see an absolute zero chance of that tool working for Kando.

Again, I'm not really sure he needs cheater bar type torque. I think he just needs to get a grip.

I still think I could do it with just a pipe wrench.

Seen alot worse, conquered alot worse.

A small pipe wrench held flush with the bottom of the case should grip the threaded part enough to get it out. It looks like a standard barrel vent plug would fit, one that has the square hole for a flex handle is what should have been in there to begin with.

Pipe wrench was the first suggestion, 60 pages ago. That's why it looks like it does.

I think the OPs pipe wrench is junk. A pipe wrench with sharp teeth would get that out.
